Nestled between hills and plateau, vineyards and scrubland, Saze lies in a characteristic Provençal escape. At the crossroads of many hiking trails, it offers visitors the quality of its landscapes but also its wine production.
The medieval castle in the centre of the village was rebuilt after the religious wars and includes the remain of the 12th century church. Beautifully restored, it houses the town hall as well as a media library and showrooms.
Saint-Privat church built in 1603. A side chapel, dedicated to St. Sebastian, patron of the village, houses a statue and a grand painting of his martyrdom.
